The Cottage is an old settler's house dating from the early 1900s. We acquired this and the main house behind it a couple of years ago. We are restoring and renovating these timber houses to retain the old world character yet ensure we have modern comforts. Currently we are living in the cottage whilst the main house is being renovated. |

Old gates and fences create a country feel to the property. Berries on the cotoneaster and the colourful leaves on the pistachio tree behind show that Balingup and the surrounding areas have a definite autumn. |

The Cottage is situated in its own section of the property and adjoins the main Montaza garden. A wisteria hedge covers the front fence.
